"Refund Policy – Customcarfootmats"

In this refund policy, the expressions "we", "our" and "us" refer to Customcarfootmats.

Please read and understand our store's refund policy before making a purchase. We take stringent measures to ensure that the customized car mats delivered to you are in perfect condition. All customized "Customcarfootmats" products sold are "FINAL SALE", unless otherwise stated below.

 Refund or Claim

Customers have a "45 days return period" from the date of delivery.

To be "ELIGIBLE" for a refund or claim, your product(s) must meet these requirements:
- All products must be returned to "Customcarfootmats" to receive a refund.
- The product must be in "original condition", undamaged, and in its"*original packaging".
- We reserve the right to modify the specifications and designs of our product when required after delivery.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made car mats due to incorrect orders, changes in preference regarding style, fit, or color, event cancellations, or any other reason.

For product(s) with "fitting issues, complications, or damages caused in transit", we offer "free revisions" to adjust the specifications. If the customer prefers a refund instead, the mats must be returned to us.

If defects are found in relation to the contractual obligations, "Customcarfootmats" reserves the right to either (i) provide a replacement or (ii) resolve the issue through an adjustment, repair, or full/partial replacement. In this case, the customer cannot cancel the purchase.

If "Customcarfootmats" fails to provide a replacement or resolution within "45 days" of the complaint, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase. The original mats must be returned to us to process the refund.

"NOTE:" A "35% restocking fee" will be applied to all returned customized products to cover material and workmanship costs, regardless of the reason for return or claim.

Refund Method

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

    Damaged Goods

    We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged product

    • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

    • A brief description of the issue

    After reviewing the information, we may offer one of the following solutions:

    • A replacement product

    • A partial refund

    • A full refund

    Claims submitted without supporting photos may experience delays in processing.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@customcarfootmats.com and provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Wait for return authorization and return instructions from our team.

  3. Securely package the item in its original condition and packaging.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support team.

  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange according to our policy.

Please do not return any items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

For custom-made or personalized products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.


- Shipping Returns

Due to high shipping rates, we "DO NOT" offer free returns for all orders. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage, duty, tax, and packaging fees.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it. If it is "unused" and in its "original condition", the return will be approved, and a refund will be processed.

To initiate a return, please email "contact@customcarfootmats.com". We will provide you with a "Shipping Address" and a "Return Code" that must be included in your shipment. We strongly recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service, as "Customcarfootmats is NOT responsible for lost shipments".

- International Custom Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, which are imposed upon arrival in the destination country. "Customcarfootmats" has no control over these charges and "WILL NOT" accept return or refund requests due to import duties.

Additionally, we are "NOT responsible" for any customs delays caused by your selected shipping service when returning your order. We recommend contacting local customs authorities for further information regarding import taxes.

- Order Accuracy and Address Errors

Customers are solely responsible for entering the "correct car details and shipping address" when placing an order.

If a custom-made order is "manufactured and shipped incorrectly due to customer input errors", "Customcarfootmats" will "NOT" bear the costs of producing a new item or redirecting the shipment to the correct address.

- Order Cancellation Policy

Each car mat is custom-made to fit specific vehicle specifications. Therefore, we only accept "cancellation or modification requests within 24 hours" of order placement.

"NOTE:" Cancellations are subject to a "15% transaction processing fee" to cover costs related to payment processing and restocking, if applicable.

To modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at "contact@customcarfootmats.com" within the specified time frame.

Once production has started, the order "CANNOT" be canceled or changed. If you wish to seek a refund after shipment, you will need to receive the item first and then discuss refund or return accommodations with our service team.
