Many of our products are manufactured based on the vehicle information provided by customers.

Because products are made to order, slight variations may occur between product images and the final delivered product.

Order Processing

All orders are produced after payment has been received.

Typical production time:

  • 2–5 days

Estimated shipping time:

  • United States: 10–30  days

  • Other countries: 7–20  days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or carrier delays.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Customers may request modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

If a cancellation is approved before production begins, payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Vehicle Make

  • Vehicle Model

  • Vehicle Year

  • Other requested vehicle details

Incorrect information submitted by the customer may result in compatibility issues for which we cannot be held responsible.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Personal preferences regarding color, material, texture, or appearance

However, we will provide a replacement, repair, or other reasonable solution if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect

  • The product does not match the vehicle information provided during purchase

Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs or videos showing the issue.

Fitment Guarantee

We stand behind the compatibility of our custom-fit products.

If a product does not properly fit the vehicle details submitted during ordering, our support team will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Adjustment

  • Partial or full remake

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Warranty

All products include a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or modification of the product

Warranty claims require photo or video evidence.

Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and use.

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of our products.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
