NOTE: Estimated delivery times vary based on your shipping region and the method you select—FREE, STANDARD, or EXPRESS. During peak seasons, shipping times may be extended due to high demand.
Our custom car mats are made-to-order specifically for your vehicle. Please allow 5-8 business days for meticulous manufacturing. Once production is complete, shipping will take an additional 7-27 days, depending on your selected shipping option.
Shipping FAQ
How can I track my order?
Once your order is carefully crafted and ready for shipping, we’ll send you a tracking confirmation email. Tracking numbers are typically issued within 5-8 business days after placing your order.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Your package is currently in transit and may be transferring between couriers, customs, and airports. Some shipping partners do not update tracking information until the package has reached the destination country and cleared customs. If you experience delays, please allow additional time for updates to appear.
My package shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your tracking status shows “Delivered”, but you haven’t received your package:
• Check with neighbors or your local post office, as couriers sometimes leave packages at nearby locations.
• Look for a delivery notice from the courier, which may indicate where your package was left.
Where are your products shipped from?
Lux-beautyplus is a US company, and our custom car mats are shipped directly from our production facility in Shanghai, China.
What if my package is lost in transit?
We monitor all shipments closely and work with trusted couriers to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that your package is officially declared lost, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
International Shipments & Customs Fees
For international orders, import duties and taxes may be required by your local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Motorcomfort or our shipping partners.
If customs clearance is required, this may extend the estimated delivery time. In some cases, failure to pay applicable fees may result in delays of up to 90 days or the package being returned to us. This could impact the eligibility of your refund or return request.
Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within 90 days, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us at contact@lux-beautyplus.com with your order number for assistance.
